These terms are the agreement between you and ELAQ Limited for using Reflick. Installing or using Reflick means you accept them.
What Reflick is
Reflick is a macOS application that answers questions about what is on your screen and, when you ask it to, operates your Mac on your behalf by moving the pointer, clicking and typing.
Read this part twice. When you use Reflick Agent, Reflick issues real mouse clicks and real
keystrokes on your Mac. It is not a simulation and it is not sandboxed. It can open, change, send and
delete things. An instruction that is ambiguous, misheard, or acted on against the wrong window can do
something you did not intend. You remain responsible for what happens on your computer. Do not point it
at anything you cannot afford to have go wrong, and press esc to stop a running task.
Your account and your runs
Reflick identifies your installation with a token held in your Mac's Keychain, tied to a balance of agent runs. Talking to Reflick is free. Agent runs are consumed only by tasks Reflick performs for you.
- Free use includes a monthly allowance of runs, which resets monthly.
- Paid plans and top-up packs add to your balance on the terms shown at the time of purchase.
- Runs are for use in Reflick. They are not money, they earn no interest, and they cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
- Prices are shown in euro and may change. A change never affects runs you have already bought.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reflick to:
- break the law, or help anyone else do so
- access a computer or account you are not authorised to use
- defeat security controls, bot detection or access restrictions on any service
- generate or distribute malware, spam, or material that harasses or endangers anyone
- resell access to the service, or run it as a shared endpoint for people without their own accounts
We may suspend an account that is being used this way, or that is placing a load on the service which affects other people.
Third parties
Reflick relies on AI and speech providers to work. Their availability is not something we control, and an outage at one of them may mean Reflick cannot answer. We may change providers where doing so improves the service.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will avoid doing so in a way that removes value you have already paid for.
Intellectual property
Reflick, its name, its mark and its software are owned by ELAQ Limited. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not copy, decompile or redistribute the application except where the law says you may despite this clause.
What you say to Reflick, what it produces for you, and the skills and workflows you write remain yours.
Warranties and liability
Reflick is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with Reflick is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty euro. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by an action Reflick took at your instruction.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Ending it
You can stop using Reflick at any time and delete your account from Settings → Privacy. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms. Refunds on ending are covered by our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continuing to use Reflick after a change means accepting it.
